100% refund guarantee

PhotoSure offers a 100% full refund if the output delivered to you is distorted, visibly degraded, or clearly does not match the quality shown in the demonstration or preview you reviewed before payment.

This guarantee applies specifically when the final downloaded file contains rendering errors, corruption, heavy artefacts, or distortion that were not present in the free preview — meaning the technical quality of the delivered file falls materially below what was demonstrated. It does not apply to general dissatisfaction, change of mind, or cases where the preview itself accurately showed the output quality.

To claim this guarantee, contact amity1401@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and a screenshot or description of the distortion. Approved claims are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Preview-before-payment model

PhotoSure operates on a preview-first, pay-later model. Every user can upload a photo and review the AI-processed preview — including the background removal, crop, and sizing — completely free of charge before making any payment.

This deliberate design ensures you see exactly what you will receive before spending any money. By choosing to proceed to payment after reviewing the preview, you acknowledge that you have inspected the output and are satisfied with the general quality, crop direction, and background processing.

Because the preview is provided free and payment only occurs after your explicit review and approval, all sales are considered final once payment is successfully processed.

What you pay for

PhotoSure offers two one-time payment plans: Basic (₹29) which includes one high-resolution passport JPG with automated background removal, and Standard (₹49) which includes everything in Basic plus a print-ready 4×6 sheet with 8 photos.

Payment unlocks access to download the final high-resolution file (and print sheet, if applicable). The downloadable file is the production-quality version of the preview you already reviewed. Minor differences between the preview and the final file — such as slight quality improvements in the final render — are expected and do not constitute a defect.

Both plans are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.

When refunds may be considered

Refund requests are reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis and may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

1. Duplicate charge — You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error.

2. Payment confirmed but download inaccessible — Your payment was successfully captured but the system failed to generate a valid download link, and this issue persists after contacting support.

3. Severe technical failure — The final delivered file is fundamentally corrupted, blank, or completely unusable in a way that was not visible in the preview (e.g., a server-side rendering failure that produced a broken file).

In all cases, you must contact support within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be reviewed.

When refunds are not available

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances, without exception:

1. Change of mind — You decided you no longer need the photo after payment.

2. Preview was reviewed — The delivered file matches the preview you inspected and approved before payment. Since you had full opportunity to review the output at no cost, dissatisfaction with the general result after payment is not grounds for a refund.

3. Poor source photo — The uploaded photo was low quality (blurry, poorly lit, obstructed face, heavy filters, low resolution), and this resulted in a suboptimal output. The quality of the final result depends directly on the quality of your uploaded photo.

4. Government or authority rejection — PhotoSure is a photo preparation tool, not an official approval service. We do not guarantee acceptance by any passport authority, embassy, consulate, or government office. Rejection by any authority is not grounds for a refund.

5. Failure to download — Download links are valid for 24 hours after payment. If you fail to download your files within this period and do not contact support, this is not grounds for a refund. However, support may reissue the download link at its discretion.

6. Wrong plan selected — If you purchased the Basic plan but intended to purchase the Standard plan (or vice versa), this is not grounds for a refund. Please review your plan selection carefully at checkout.

7. Third-party issues — Issues caused by your device, browser, printer, photo printing service, internet connection, or any other third-party tool or service.

Refund process and timeline

To request a refund review, email amity1401@gmail.com with the following information: your order ID (shown on the download page), the email address used at checkout, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting screenshots.

Refund requests that do not include the required information will be returned for completion before review begins.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. PhotoSure uses Razorpay for payment processing, and the actual timeline for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

PhotoSure reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. All refund decisions are final.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting PhotoSure support, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide evidence that the service was delivered as described, including proof that the preview was reviewed before payment.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving and downloading the files may result in permanent suspension from the service.

Modifications to this policy

PhotoSure reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
