Service scope
PhotoSure is a guest-first India passport photo preparation and export utility. It helps you upload a portrait, review a preview, and unlock a final file or print sheet after payment when supported by the selected plan.
It is not a government service, not an official authority website, and not a guarantee of acceptance.
Uploads and permissions
You may upload only files that you have the right to use and that do not violate applicable law, privacy rights, or platform rules.
By uploading an image, you authorize PhotoSure to process that file for the passport photo workflow, generate previews, and prepare the purchased output.
Payments, downloads, and browser session access
PhotoSure currently uses a guest-session browser cookie to keep your in-progress job linked to the same browser. Preview assets are available through that guest session, while paid downloads are unlocked through time-limited access tokens.
Checkout is handled through Razorpay. Paid downloads are intended to become available after successful payment confirmation.
Acceptable use
Abuse, malicious uploads, automated scraping, attempts to bypass payment, attempts to access another person's job, or interference with the service may lead to access restrictions.
You may not use the service to submit misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized identity materials.
No acceptance guarantee and liability
PhotoSure aims to provide useful passport photo guidance, but final suitability depends on the uploaded source image, the selected plan, and the current rules of the authority where you submit the file.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PhotoSure is not liable for rejection caused by poor source images, live rule changes, unsupported authority requirements, or incorrect user choices after preview review.
